Visa Infinite lists benefits at seven wineries in Prince Edward County. Check out the Visa Infinite site for more details.

Closson Chase Vineyards

2 for 1 wine flights ($20 for 4)

Closson Chase Vineyards is one of the wineries in Prince Edward county with Visa Infinite benefit discounts.

Closson Chase is a fun and friendly winery. PEC in general specializes in white wines and here is no exception; Closson’s chardonnay was excellent. We got an informative tour about the vineyard and each wine, which we always enhances the experience. We paid just $20 for 8 wines and effectively got to taste their entire selection for a great price.

The Grange of Price Edward Vineyards

2 for 1 wine flights ($12-15 for 4)

The Grange of Prince Edward Winery feels like a very underrated Prince Edward County winery. The tastings are excellent and the outdoor seating is adjacent to a scenic pond. We showed our Visa Infinite card and received 8 wines for $15 + tax. There’s also a great restaurant on site. Closed Monday-Wednesday.

Trail Estate Winery

No wine tasting offers. Bottle purchase offers only.

Trail Estate Winery is listed on the Visa Infinite site but has no in-person wine tasting offers. They instead have bottle purchase offers. Free shipping in Canada on 6 bottles or more with code VISASHIP, or 10% discount of 12+ bottle cases with code VISA12.

Lacey Estates

No Visa Infinite offers.

The Visa Infinite site lists this winery but this is an error; they have discontinued their association with the VI winery program in 2025.

Huff Estates Winery

Complimentary 3-flight tasting per cardholder.

We each received a 100% free flight tasting after showing our Visa Infinite card! It doesn’t get any better than that. Regular price was $12 for 3 wines, and the pours are smaller than other wineries. We love the outdoor seating at Huff Estates – it’s one of the most comfortable PEC wineries to lounge at. There’s also a free art exhibit to check out in a separate building on-site.

Black Prince Winery

2 for 1 wine flights. ($15 for 4)

Black Prince is a fun and lively spot in the summer as it’s located right in Picton. Even if you’re the only Visa Infinite cardholder can extend your 2-for-1 wine tastings offer to up to 7 other guests. If you’re visiting with a large group on the weekend (Fri-Sun), this is surely the place to be. Music and events happen throughout the summer, and the outdoor seating near their pizza restaurant is very inviting.

Exultet Estates

2 for 1 wine tastings. $20 for 4 wines or $30 for 6.

We had a great experience at Exultet Estates. We ordered 6 wines for only $15 (we got a 50% discount on one instead of ordering 2 flights) and truly enjoyed them all. The vineyard owner greeted us as soon as we arrived and facilitated the whole tasting. He told us the winery was initially built as a cheese factory, but has been operating as a winery for the past 25 years. They are best known for their chardonnay which has won many awards, and they also have a range of apple based wines. The location was small without a lot of seating, but we enjoyed the personal tour by the owner who was more than happy to have a glass (or five) of wine with us.

Where to Stay in Prince Edward County

There’s two areas in PEC that we’d recommend staying. Picton is great as it’s the largest town and has a lot of great shops and restaurants. Hillier is our second recommendation; it’s more remote farmland which is close to several of the wineries listed here with Visa Infinite benefits.

Where to stay in Picton: Picton Harbour Inn, The Country Queen, Artistic Picton Getaway

Where to stay in Hillier: Farmhouse PEC, The Hull House, Fronterra Farm

Final Thoughts

Prince Edward County is a good spot to visit whether you love wineries or simply wanting to escape the busy city life. And with your Visa Infinite, you can take advantage or great winery benefits.
